TaylorMade Stealth 2 Drivers
TaylorMade continues to build off its ground-breaking Stealth Carbonwood technological installation for drivers – and a first-of-its-kind lighter and faster 60X Carbon Twist Face. Stealth 2 (available in three models) combine the speed of Stealth with technological advancements to create a new level of forgiveness.
The new face design of the TaylorMade Stealth 2 driver boasts an advanced version of the inverted cone technology designed to maintain ball speed on off-centre strikes.
“Building off the 60X Carbon Twist Face in the original Stealth that led to ball speed gains for golfers across various skill levels, with Stealth 2 we challenged ourselves to bring more forgiveness in each of the three models. We accomplished that through introducing our modified face construction focused on forgiveness on the outside of the face, and a brand-new carbon-based modular body construction,” said Tomo Bystedt, senior director, product creation, metalwoods at TaylorMade.
There’s even more carbon in the TaylorMade Stealth 2 driver – a carbon crown, carbon reinforced composite ring, carbon sole, and the 60X carbon twist face – all designed to help golfers increase distance and forgiveness.
Stealth 2 Plus : The moveable weight (15 grams) is substantial and is aimed at better players who contact the centre of the face more often. It’s the lowest-spin offering, meaning high swing-speed players will see benefits in this model.
Stealth 2 : Meant for the widest range of golfers, it offers the ideal mix of launch, spin, and forgiveness.
Stealth 2 HD : The highest launching and most forgiving of the three. The rear weight is repositioned near the heel to help golfers who fight a slice off the tee.

TaylorMade Stealth 2 Fairway Woods
Like the TaylorMade Stealth 2 driver family, the lineup of the new TaylorMade fairway woods boasts three models.
The flagship model is the Stealth 2 Plus fairway, which features a 50-gream sliding weight in the sole which allows for three main settings (each with its own performance characteristics) creating three fairway woods in one. The middle setting means more versatility for optimal playability while the standard setting will fit the widest range of golfers. Positioning the weight all the way back is the most forgiving setting thanks to additional spin and an increased MOI.
The V Steel sole continues to play a solid role in the Stealth 2 fairway. It drives weight lower for a deeper CG and helps improve turf interaction to provide versatility for a variety of lies.
All new for 2023 is the TaylorMade Stealth 2 HD, engineered for maximum forgiveness. It’s a radical departure from traditional TaylorMade fairway wood designs and features an ultra-high MOI construction and oversized 200cc head. The larger, low-profile sole helps make it easier to achieve high launch and encourages draw-bias ball flight.

TaylorMade Stealth 2 Hybrid
For the first time, TaylorMade released three Rescue clubs in the same family.
The TaylorMade Stealth 2 Plus rescue boasts a compact, Tour-inspired shape that’s meant for enhanced shot making. It combines control and workability of a long iron with the forgiveness of a rescue.
The Stealth 2 rescue has a more centered CG projection leading to optimal launch and spin with an increased MOI for forgiveness and playability.
The Stealth 2 HD is new to the family for 2023. The newest addition to the TaylorMade hybrids line has a larger but lower profile along with internal draw-bias weighting to deliver high launch and easy-to-hit performance.

TaylorMade Stealth 2 Irons
The newest addition to the TaylorMade irons lineup is the TaylorMade Stealth HD. While the TaylorMade Stealth irons were released last year to plenty of fanfare, the new Stealth HD irons are meant to reach a wider breadth of golfers. The Stealth HD irons are a more forgiving, easy-to-launch max game-improvement option.

An ultra-low profile head shape in the long irons helps drive CG lower to help get the ball airborne faster, while the head sizes are progressive (meaning each is uniquely shaped and get larger from 5-iron through pitching wedge. This helps independently optimize the performance of each iron).
“Our goal was to provide as much launch and spin as possible without sacrificing distance, and what we found was this design strategy often led to increased carry distance for the developing golfer when compared to traditional super game improvement irons with stronger lofts,” said Mat Bovee, director, product creation, irons. “By combining this totally unique construction with our existing technologies, we created a high launching, easy-to-hit iron with surprisingly exceptional feel.”
