Our products are guaranteed to give you 100% satisfaction in every way for 90 days from the date of purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, return it to us within 90 days and you will receive a full GlobalGolf credit.
Returns must be completed within 90 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be credited back to you. New, Unused and Unworn Product Returns:
Returns of new, unused or unworn products, with the original tags and packaging, are eligible for a full merchandise refund back to the original method of payment.
Preowned and Second Chance Product Returns:
Returns of preowned and Second Chance items are accepted under our 90 day return policy. Please note that we will only issue GlobalGolf credit for these returns. GlobalGolf credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase. There are no refunds on preowned, used or Second Chance products.
Returns must be completed within 90 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be credited back to you. * Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed after it has been delivered to our facility.

90 Day Exclusions:
Some select products, due to customization, personalization, limited availability, extreme values and/or number of returns are excluded from receiving a refund or full store credit. Excluded items may include Swing Analyzers, Launch Monitors, Watches and GPS/Rangefinders in addition to Customized, Personalized and Limited Edition products.
Low Price Guarantee:
GlobalGolf is proud to offer the absolute lowest prices available on the internet. If for some reason we do not have the lowest available price for an in-stock item by an authorized internet dealer, we will match the competitor’s price.
It is important to purchase from an authorized Internet dealer to avoid purchasing stolen or counterfeit items, and to receive the full warranties offered by the product manufacturers.
We reserve the right to not price match non-authorized Internet golf and sporting goods retailers. We do price match most major golf retailers, however we DO NOT price match Marketplace sellers such as eBay, Amazon, Target+, Walmart Marketplace, etc.
We will only match advertised prices and will not match coupon or site promotions. Price matches will only be made on the same and in-stock items.

Shipping Promotions
If a free shipping or similar promotion was applied to a prior order, the amount of that promotion will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer for any returned items. This excludes those returns that result from the error of GlobalGolf or product exchanges.
Warranty Claims, Defective Products, Damaged Packages
Warranty Policy:
- GlobalGolf has a limited 1-year warranty on select new golf clubs/apparel/shoes/tech products and will honor all applicable manufacturer warranties. GlobalGolf also offers a 12-month limited warranty on Certified Preowned clubs, which covers manufacturer failures and defects to the functioning portion of the clubs.
- Golf Club warranties specifically cover failures and defects to the functioning portions of the club. Other damage is evaluated on a case by case basis to determine the nature of the damage.
- Failures and defects related to the functioning portions of the club may include but are not limited to:
- Shaft failure/defect up to 6 inches above the hosel
- Shaft failure/defect within the gripped portion of the shaft
- Failure/defect within the contact area/perimeter of the clubface
- Warranties do not cover misused or abused products
- Apparel/shoe warranties are based on manufacturer guidelines. The following do not qualify for warranty:
- Excessive damage/scuffing/wear
- Material damage caused by lack of improper maintenance
- Items that have been damaged, altered or abused.
- Returned products that do not meet manufacturer specified warranty criteria may be returned at customer’s expense or destroyed at no additional cost
- GlobalGolf follows the warranty standards defined by the original equipment manufacturers and are not responsible for denial of warranty claims
- Items that qualify for warranty will be replaced with an exact replacement or a store credit for the product price at time of purchase.
- There is no specified warranty on non-certified preowned golf clubs other than the 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
: To return defective products, contact us at questions@globalgolf.com. Please include photos, and description of the issue, to expedite the process. For manufacturer defects, after the product has been received, we will contact the manufacturer to determine how to proceed with their warranty terms. (Note: replacement or repair process can take up to 4 weeks).

Package Arrived Damaged:
If your product arrives damaged, contact us at questions@globalgolf.com right away. Please include a photo of the damaged item(s), a photo of the package it arrived in, and a photo of the shipping label. Once we receive this information, then we can contact the shipping carrier to report the issue.
Upon your request, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label to return the damaged item(s).
