  • How can I track the status of my order?

    Once you complete the check-out process, you will receive an order confirmation with your order number, use this number in conjunction with your email on our Order Tracking Page.

    The carrier tracking number may take 3-4 hours before becoming available on the carrier's website.

    Your order will be processed once payment is received and verified. You should receive updates through email including an order confirmation and shipping confirmation. These emails will include details about your order including a carrier tracking number.

    If you do not receive your confirmation emails be sure to check your spam folder and ensure that questions@globalgolf.ca is added to your safe senders list.
