  • Can I pick up or return items in person?

    Items purchased from our online website must be shipped and returned by mail. We ship from multiple warehouses and although we try to ship items from the closest location, there are times when an item is sent from across the country. We’ve built multiple automated systems to streamline this process and they all expect items to go through the mail.

    Even if we knew exactly which warehouse your items were shipping from, and had the ability to pull them out of the shipping process, all of our facilities are set up as warehouses. We have no public facing rooms or facilities, so due to liability and insurance concerns we are not allowed to have customers on the premises.

    We realize that getting new golf gear is exciting and it’s hard to wait, so we continually strive to decrease the cost and delivery time for all of our customers, including those living around our warehouse locations. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
